PPE items are for personal protection and workplace use only.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product purchased is suitable for their intended use.

We are not liable for misuse of PPE products outside of manufacturer recommendations.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and exclude GST as stated.

Payment must be made in full at checkout via approved methods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to stock errors, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within the stated timeframes; however, delivery times may vary due to courier delays or factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain PPE items (e.g., masks, gloves, earplugs, respirators) cannot be returned unless faulty.

6. Warranty & Liability

All products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

Our liability is limited to the replacement value of the product purchased.

7. Privacy & Security

Customer data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We use secure payment gateways to protect your financial information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, text, images, design) is owned by or licensed to myworks and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia / New South Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.


Return and Refund Policy

At myworks, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Due to the nature of PPE products and hygiene standards, some items may not be eligible for return. Please read our policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

For health and safety reasons, certain PPE (e.g., face masks, respirators, earplugs, gloves) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including shipping costs).

3. Change of Mind

For eligible products, returns due to change of mind are accepted, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been inspected and approved.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges (unless the product was faulty or incorrect) are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Return

Contact our support team at info@myworks.au with your order number and details.

Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Securely package your items and return them to the address provided.

6. Exemptions

Customised, special-order, or clearance items are non-refundable.

PPE items classified as “single-use” are non-returnable once opened.
